Have you got the Cornoa Blues and want to learn new stress management techniques, join us for some awesome activities, and practice yoga as a collective instead of in front of computer on your living room floor?


Welikande Yoga Retreats is offering this 7 Day Retreat in June (dates TBD), to our guests to say welcome back to the world. 


Once airports open back up we will announce dates. For now we want to put this on your radar so you can get excited about joining us here, moving from a self-isolating stressed state and taking time for YOU to create a state of bliss. 

This retreat will help you to:

  • gain an understanding of pranayama (breathing) techniques

  • incorporate mindfulness in our everyday life

  • use yoga as a way to prepare the body for meditation

  • learn self-care methods to create a sense of self-love 

  • instill more gratitude into your life

  • manage stress, so you may lead a more blessed life

  • create long lasting friendships within our group

Sample Daily Itinerary:

  • 7AM Yoga & Meditation

  • 9AM Breakfast

  • 10AM Daily Lessons OR Daily Activity

  • 1PM Lunch

  • 2PM Free Time

  • 4PM Yoga & Meditation

  • 6PM Group Discussion & Workshop

  • 7:30PM Dinner

  • 8:30PM Free Time / Go to Sleep

Our 7-Day Retreat Includes:

  • 6 nights accommodation*

  • daily yoga, meditation, etc. 

  • 3 meals a day
