Short, because this website does very little with your data.
What this website collects
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your arrival date, the number of nights and guests, the room you are interested in and anything you write in the message box.
That is sent to Welikande so they can reply to you. It is not passed to anyone else, it is not sold, and it is not added to any mailing list. There is no newsletter to unsubscribe from because there is no newsletter.
How visits are counted
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. Neither stores anything on your device until you accept it on the banner shown at your first visit; until then Google only receives anonymous signals that cannot identify you.
You can change your mind at any time from the Cookies link at the bottom of every page. Google explains how it handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The map
The pages that show where the estate is draw their map from OpenStreetMap. When they do, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address, as it would for any website showing a map, and sets no cookie. Their privacy policy is at openstreetmap.org/copyright.
That is the only third party these pages contact.
Booking
Bookings are not taken on this website. The Check availability button opens Tab Travel, who handle the reservation and the payment. Anything you enter there is covered by their own privacy policy, not this one.
Your rights
You can ask what Welikande holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@welikandeyogaretreats.com and it will be dealt with.
If you enquired and never came, there is no reason to keep your details, and they will be removed on request.
